The client creates the coaching agenda based on personally meaningful coaching goals.
Takes full responsibility for personal decisions and action

Takes the tools, concepts, principles provided and takes action

Create safe confidential space for client to explore and discover
Provide objective assessment and observations that facilitates self-awareness and awareness of others
Listens for what’s said and not said
Acts as a sounding board
Facilitates shifts in thinking that expands perspectives
Illuminate blind spots to bring forth new possibilities
Tells the truth, because that is an act of love
Sees you as whole, perfect, and complete
