  • The Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams is based on Patrick Lencioni’s book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, a New York Times best-selling team leadership handbook for modern executives, managers, and organizations.     This programs helps teams understand how they score on the key components of the Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

    Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members based on the Everything DiSC® model, and how their styles contributes tot he team's overall success.

    Who this is for:

    • Teams (usually 3-12) who meet regularly and are collectively responsible for results.

    • This is a stable team that have been working together for at least 6-8 weeks

    • They share common goals, rewards, and responsibilities for achieving them.

    • The leader must be committed to building a cohesive team and be prepared to lead the effort by setting an example and dedicating time to it.
